Rescued a failing project and rebuilt from scratch — doubling sales in the process
The Story
Project Overview
Connexions is a commercial furniture dealer network that connects manufacturers with local dealers nationwide. When they came to us, they were in crisis — their previous developer had delivered an unusable platform that was actively losing them business. They needed a complete rebuild, and they needed it fast.
We rebuilt the entire platform from scratch in under 2 months. Using the latest technology stack — Next.js 15.5, React 19, Tailwind CSS v4 — we created a multi-tenant dealer marketplace with custom subdomain routing, 2,442 products across 28 brands, 1,214 environment galleries, an interactive dealer locator with Mapbox, a 3D flipbook ideabook viewer, a space planner tool, and an AI-powered workspace recommendation engine.
The platform supports unlimited dealers, each with their own branded experience, custom pricing, budget tools, and customer-facing portals. Every dealer gets their own subdomain with custom branding while sharing the master product and environment catalog. The result was transformative — Connexions saw their sales double after launching the new platform.
Connexions was stuck with a broken platform from a previous developer that was costing them sales daily. They needed a full enterprise platform — multi-tenant dealer management, thousands of products with complex specifications, interactive visualization tools, and custom pricing — rebuilt from zero, delivered in weeks not months.
We delivered a complete multi-tenant B2B marketplace in under 2 months: 2,442 products, 1,214 environment galleries, interactive Mapbox dealer locator, 3D flipbook viewer, space planner, AI recommendations, custom dealer subdomains with branding, budget tools with PDF export, brand portal for vendor management, and a full admin dashboard — all on Next.js 15 with React 19 and MongoDB.

A 136-page ideabook rendered as an interactive 3D flipbook with CSS perspective transforms, page-turn animations with spring physics, and touch support for mobile browsing.

Interactive map with themed markers, fly-to animations, popup cards with dealer details, and HQ designation badges — helping customers find their nearest authorized dealer.
1,200+ Environment Galleries
1,214 curated workspace environment photos across 14 categories including conference rooms, private offices, healthcare, education, and outdoor spaces — with finish filtering.
Budget & Proposal Tools
Interactive budget calculator with line items, financing options, workspace configuration, and automated PDF proposal generation for dealer-to-customer quoting.
